Step Express

45 minutes of fun and intense cardio stepping. Come check it out!

Power low and sculpt

One hour class of traditional hi/low for the first half, concluding with resistance work and abs.

Stretch and Strength

This workout will combine strengthening and flexibility exercises. The strengthening exercises will focus on improving muscle strength and tone, balance, and bone density. Flexibility will be included in each workout to improve overall range of motion. This class is perfect for those with physical limitations of members looking for a lower intensity workout.

Power Cycle

You don't have to be a great cyclist or conditioned athlete to enjoy the benefits of cycling.  In fact, the appeal of stationary cycling lies in the absence of the fancy footwork and high impact bouncing found in traditional aerobics classes. Participants will ride for 45 minutes on specially designed Johnny G Spinning bikes under the direction of a certified instructor.

Aquafitness

A fun workout in the pool with emphasis on aerobic movements in the water. This class will raise your heart rate and get you in shape!

Boxing Circuit

A full body workout involving high-intensity cardio and interval training using jump ropes, weights, exercise bands, boxing bags and boxing gloves.  Bring your workout to the next level!  Class ends with 10 minute abs and stretching.

Power Lunch

A great break from the workday! Take 30 minutes and work your whole body with both cardio and resistance training. 

Cardio Kickboxing

This high-impact cardio workout involves combinations of kicks and punches promoting body protection awareness and a full body workout.  Many muscle groups will be targeted and an abdominal workout will conclude each session.  Most importantly, participants will feel motivated, engaged and energized.

Circuit Training

Combines cardio and wight training in this short, fun lunch time class!  Move from station to station doing different exercises and keep boredom at bay.

Core Training

Train your abs, back and the rest of the big muscles in your "core" to stay lean, and improve balance and performance.

Cycle and Sculpt

Combine the intensity of Power Cycle with muscle toning of body sculpt.  Great for beginners or serious athletes.

Senior Aquafitness

This class combines low impact aerobic movements and gentle stretching in the pool. Builds muscle tone and heart rate through water resistance.
